About:

Atunkaa—meaning “sleepy dreams” in the Wayuunaiki language—is a sugarcane decaf produced by smallholder farmers across Cauca, Caldas, and Tolima. In partnership with Siruma and Falcon, the coffee is processed at Descafecol in Colombia, ensuring full traceability and fair distribution of earnings to producers. The result is a clean, sweet, and balanced decaf that scores 85–86 on the SCA scale—offering a transparent and high-quality alternative to commodity decaf.
