This method enhances sweetness and consistency, resulting in a jammy, chocolate-rich cup with vibrant berry and cherry notes.

The name “Kalimaz” blends two Amharic words—promise and explore—a fitting invitation to discover the depth of this thoughtful and expressive coffee.
